In the world of recruitment and staffing, companies live and die by their network. One could even argue that a recruiter is only worth whom he or she knows. This becomes especially true when working within a specific niche such as Marketing. At MoD almost 50% of the roles we fill come from referrals within our network.
We have grown a substantial network through organic channels such as attending and sponsoring networking events like our own MoD Book Club as well as events with association’s such as the American Marketing Association(AMA), Canadian Marketing Association(CMA), International Association of Business Communicators(IABC), and the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association(MRIA).
In order to increase our network further the MoD Network Expander – Referral Loyalty Program rewards anyone who can send us a winning talent or a client who is looking to do some hiring.

Talent Referrals
Check in to our jobs every so often to see what kinds of roles we are looking for. If you think you know of someone who would be perfect for the role let us know about it by emailing us: info@marketersondemand.com
If the person you refer ends up getting the job (or any job we staff) you could
earn up to $1000*
*The amount paid is dependent on the level of the role, type of job, and difficulty
in filling that type of job.
Client Referrals
Do you know if your organization is looking to hire in the Marketing department? Has a friend or associate expressed frustration in their effort to find stellar candidates for a job they are hiring for? If you can make an introduction for us and we end up engaging and filling the job you will earn a percentage of the first fee**.
