Successful Networking Deserves Rewards
One of our most valuable resources in ensuring the success of our clients and talent is our ever growing MoD network. We believe deeply in the value of making connections and cultivating relationships and this is especially true in the niche world of marketing and creative. In fact, 50% of all the roles we fill come from referrals within our network. We certainly have expanded it through organic channels such as sponsoring our own events like the MoD Book Club as well as participating in industry events such as the American Marketing Association (AMA), Canadian Marketing Association (CMA), International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). But when the networking events are wrapped up, we continue to expand it with our very own Referral Loyalty Program where a successful talent referral or tip that a client is in need of marketing or creative resources is acknowledged and rewarded at MoD.
Here’s how it works:
Talent Referrals
Review our job board periodically and if you know of someone who would be perfect for one or more of the roles we have, send us an email at info@marketersondemand.com.
If the person you refer ends up landing any job on our board, you could earn up to $1,000!
Client Referrals
Word has it that your organization is looking for a Marketing or Creative professional. Or you have a friend or associate who has expressed frustration in their search for stellar talent. All you have to do is make the introduction for us and if we successfully fill that role, you will earn a percentage of the first fee.**
** Compensation is determined by the type of job, duration, and whether it is a temporary or permanent contract.
