We are currently hiring for a Cloud Systems Administrator. This role is suitable for an experienced professional looking to challenge themselves in an growing scale-up environment. In this position you will be responsible for a broad range of systems (including our product stack and internal business systems), and will be performing systems configuration, as well as systems administration and general IT support across the company. The purpose of this hands-on role is to provide systems support across the business, as well as working on innovative projects to enable business growth. This position requires someone with a demonstrated passion for cloud and web-based technologies who loves solving problems across a wide variety of software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Manage and maintain LAMP servers
- Provide systems administration and support for cloud and web-based technologies such as Salesforce and Magento
- Analyse all systems issues across the business and propose solutions, fixes or workarounds
- Configure and integrate a variety of cloud-based software systems
- Ensure documentation and testing materials are kept up-to-date
- Set up, onboard and train new employees in the use of our systems
- Perform data migration activities as required
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional technical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated passion for cloud and web-based technologies
- Experience in system administration for cloud or web-based technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Magento)
- LAMP stack administration experience
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience working with cloud-based iPaas integration tools preferred
- Experience coding PHP & Javascript preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce Apex / SOQL preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proven technical issue resolution skills
- A rigorous approach to testing and quality control
- A high attention to detail
- Experience in Salesforce administration would be advantageous but is not required
