Senior Marketing Manager

MoD is on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Manager, who can generate leads through innovative acquisition marketing campaigns. The successful candidate must be strategic by nature and excel at taking ideas from concept to delivery and can jump in where needed to get things done.

Key Duties:
– Build on the client’s blog and video content marketing, SEO, SEM, events (mostly virtual), partnerships and sponsorships but bring your new ideas to the table
– Create nurturing campaigns to remain top-of-mind with their prospects, clients, and candidates
– Elevate the client’s brands
– Effectively share their story to attract the best and brightest to join the company
– Partner with Client Services to provide important sales support to drive conversions
– Develop and own a Marketing Strategy and Budget in collaboration with our Head of Product & Marketing
– Build a compelling Content Plan with their Content Marketing Specialist to develop engaging content in the form of videos, interviews, articles, guides, and resources
– Find and work with external freelance writers, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and write the occasional blog or website copy when needed
– Bring digital strategies to life in the form of highly converting landing pages, compelling resource downloads, drip campaigns, and more

Must Haves:
– 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology, financial services, professional services, or recruitment industry
– 3+ years working in a small to medium-sized high growth company
– Demonstrated success in customer acquisition/lead generation
– Intermediate level expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HTML, WordPress, Mailchimp, G Suite (Gmail, Google Slides, Documents, Sheets)
– Intermediate level experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch or other design software
– Strong writing and copywriting skills to effectively communicate our brand.
