We are searching for a Senior Software Analyst!
Duties: To perform design, analysis, programming and integration activities in the development of software for train control systems.
Key Accountabilities:
– Implements real time systems in ‘C’ and Assembler; Operation System: Linux, Windows**
– Designs, codes, debugs, write test procedures and tests software code**
– Reviews code, test procedures and test results
– Analyses and implements correction for defect reports
– Perform engineering testing in-house.
Specific Experience/Skills Required:
- Operation System: Linux, Windows**
- Proficient in C and Assembler**
- Linux Bash Shell Scripting, Knowledge of Embedded Linux development**
- Knowledge of SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT (DESKTOP SIMULATOR, TARGET SIMULAR, MCCABE, ETC.)
- Knowledge of SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE;
- Knowledge of standards and processes applicable to the development of safety-critical software
- Python, PERL, Shell**
- Expertise in embedded software system lower-level drivers and wireless telecommunication system/platform and rich experience in coding, testing, troubleshooting, integration, and validation
Essential**
- 3 to 7 years of Real-time/Embedded C development experience in a recent position**
- 2 to 5 years Assembler language hands on experience**
- 3 to 7 years Hands on experience with Designs, codes, debugs, write test procedures and tests software code.**
- Safety critical software experience, process**
